Job description: Austin Public Schools has an opening for a school nurse at Oakland Education Center for 7 hours per day.
The Building Nurse provides care within the school setting, which includes:
Administering medications
Providing first aid services
Maintaining health records under the direction of the Supervisor of School Health Services.
Other duties as assigned
Training & Experience:
Position requires a high school diploma; graduate of an accredited school of professional or practical nursing and Minnesota RN or LPN licensure.Certification in CPR and basic First Aid.
Compensation is based of education and experience. Benefits include single major medical insurance, life insurance, LTD, PERA and more.
