We value trust, honesty, and integrity and offer flex@work hybrid opportunities.In this role, the Customer Service Representative will identify customer requirements and work with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. We suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and are customer advocates supporting internal/extern partner calls as well as manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Two or more years of sales support, customer service or related experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
You Will Excite Us If You Have:Good interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills and previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP)The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
