They are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Working cross functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales Participate in driving customer value, above and beyond sales Assisting team members with related duties such as special deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required or assigned Keying orders, route verifications, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.βs quality standards Skills Grade 12 or equivalent Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential Excellent data entry skills β speed and accuracy a must Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred Bilingual (French) an asset (not a requirement) Benefits Group retirement plan with employer contribution Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA Organized activities for employees and their families Advantageous discounts on Saputo products Company Overview Saputo produces, markets, and distributes various dairy products.
