Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients on behalf of NBCUniversal Media's UK Project team.
Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient contract execution.
Communicate contract terms and conditions clearly and effectively to all parties involved.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during contract negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Work closely with legal counsel to ensure all contracts are legally sound.
Proactively identify potential risks and issues in contracts and propose solutions.
Support the project team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on contract status and progress.
Participate in meetings and discussions with vendors and clients to address any contract-related concerns.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all stakeholders.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Continuously strive to improve contract management processes and procedures.
