Responsible for generating specifications for and coordinating development and delivery of custom report requests and ensuring clients are well versed on Jaspersoft functionality in time for conversion. Co-leads projects and handles multiple reports conversion projects while also supporting requests from existing clients. Will support quarterly report updates and documentation releases. Requirements • Responsible for determining the custom reports needed for each client. Vets report lists, gathers supporting information, and works directly with clients and internal resources to reach development requirements. • Works closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered, JIRA tickets are in correct statuses, and maintain steady progress on client delivery. • Facilitates client meetings and responsible for ensuring all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes. Manages client expectations effectively. • Responsible for learning, understanding, and practicing basic concepts of the following functionality: standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, KeyStone work areas, and table dictionary and being able to facilitate training on these subjects. • Demonstrates a high level of organization to ensure clients are sufficiently supported and internal communication is kept current, including maintaining all JIRA tickets with current statuses. • Interacts with clients and internal resources with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to maintain effective and fruitful partnerships. • Follows established team procedures. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. • *Why You Are A Perfect Fit:** • *Experience:** Requires at least 2 years of similar or related experience.
