Role Description


This position is a fully remote opportunity with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. SQL experience is strongly preferred.



Work collaboratively with clients and internal staff in developing requirements for both regular and ad-hoc reporting.


Ensure that requests are valid and handled by the appropriate team member.


Develop and review reports to ensure the highest quality of data is provided to clients in a timely and efficient manner.


Set expectations with clients on the organization’s delivery of reports.


Track common data requests to provide feedback on the need for specific standard reports and minimize requests for custom reports.


Confirm report requirements with internal staff responsible for report generation, as needed.


Communicate effectively with internal and external resources to clarify requirements and resolve issues or concerns.


Track incoming report requests from clients and status of design and delivery.


Meet with new employees involved in reporting to communicate responsibilities and expected timelines.


Ensure all reports are created and reviewed according to agreed timelines.


Ensure automated reports are successfully completed and communicate with necessary internal staff for review of report accuracy.


Coordinate with internal team members to determine the accuracy of reports and provide feedback to Data Analyst for necessary changes.


Maintain a master list of required reports by client, including deadlines and individuals responsible for reviewing reports.


Develop and maintain accurate instructions on how to run routine reports for internal staff and external clients.


Deliver client reports per requested method of delivery in a timely and accurate manner.


Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed.


Develop and communicate to management ways to improve policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.


Coordinate internal meetings related to reporting, including monthly reporting meetings with appropriate internal staff.



Qualifications



High School Diploma or equivalent


1-3 years of experience in providing high level administrative support or related experience


Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Ability to use effective judgment and prior experience to troubleshoot common issues


Ability to quickly learn new technology


Able to remain organized with multiple interruptions


High attention to detail


Analytical skills that assist in solving routine problems


Excellent time management skills


Ability to work well with a variety of individuals


Ability to work well independently



Requirements



Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Access, etc.), programming and/or data mining management


Previous experience in a role requiring frequent report generation


1 – 3 years of job related experience in providing high level administrative support to others in a technological environment


Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)


Basic understanding of SQL



Benefits



Compensation Range: $43,429.00 - $65,143.00


Compensation Midpoint: $54,286.00
