Replenishment Assistant

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the store.
Receive and check incoming stock to ensure it matches the delivery note.
Unpack and organize merchandise in designated areas.
Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or shortages.
Keep inventory records up-to-date and report any issues to management.
Assist in the replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively.
Communicate with the buying team to provide feedback on stock levels and popular products.
Keep the stock room clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Assist with store transfers and returns to maintain accurate stock levels.
Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
Provide excellent customer service by answering any stock-related questions and assisting customers on the shop floor.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and report any hazards or incidents.
Continuously learn about new products and trends in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
