Replenishment Assistant

Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of products on store shelves.
Monitor inventory levels and identify when products need to be restocked.
Coordinate with other store departments to ensure efficient and effective replenishment processes.
Maintain a clean and organized replenishment area.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer demand and adjust replenishment accordingly.
Utilize inventory management software to track and report on inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify any discrepancies and take appropriate action.
Communicate any stock shortages or issues to management in a timely manner.
Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of products.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items in-store.
Continuously seek ways to improve replenishment processes and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and perform job duties effectively.
Uphold the IKEA values and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
