Repair Administrator

They are seeking a Repair Administrator to manage sales orders, support compliance activities, and maintain contract files while ensuring timely invoicing to the government.ResponsibilitiesCreate new sales orders and maintain existing orders and accurately administer Government delivery orders to adhere to contractual period of performanceSupport compliance activities to include the creation of contract workbook files and updates to the contract registry along with maintenance of contract files per standard processesWork with the Government property team to support inventory tracking of Government owned hardware in the Moog ERP and Government CAV (Commercial Asset Visibility) systems per requirementsCoordinate with receiving, contract management and the customer to identify and resolve any misdirected or damaged return shipments and submit any required documentationEnsure the input of required contract information into the government WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) system to ensure timely invoicing to the government, which may require interaction with the DCMA on site personnel to resolve any issuesEnter pricing requirements into the Moog CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and maintain status of the opportunity through closurePrepare standard quotation letters for submittal to the customerLoad Contract details into Mil-Pac software upon receipt of new AwardsComplete documentation review and updates including updating and creating department standard work instructions, create compliance matrices, and support proposal activity such as format proposal documents and completion of formsUse organization skills and attention to detail to successfully prioritize and re-prioritize throughout the work week based upon both internal and external demandsSkillsTypically, Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year experience, preferably in business or technical fieldIn lieu of Bachelors Degree, will consider an Associate degree with at least three years working experience, preferably in business or technical fieldProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Must a U.S. Citizen due to U.S. government program requirementsExceptional attention to detailStrong adherence to established processes and proceduresProven ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate multiple software platformsBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageAnnual profit sharingMatching 401kThe ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase PlanFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsFlexible paid time offHolidays and parental leave programRelocation assistanceComprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan (âEAPâ) and other supplemental benefit coveragesTuition AssistanceMentorship and coaching opportunitiesLeadership development and other personal growth programsEmployee Resource GroupsCultural events, and celebrationsCompany OverviewWe work on some of the worldâs most exciting technical projects, creating products that challenge the limits of whatâs possible, from cutting-edge medical technology to space vehicles.
