Rental Property Management Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Rental Property Management Growth Specialist to help launch and scale our new rental property management software platform. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding property management businesses, landlords, and real estate professionals as customers for our service. Key Responsibilities • Identify and research high-potential business targets in the property management, landlord, and real estate industries who can benefit from our platform. • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate customer interest, including phone, email, LinkedIn, webinars, product demos, and participation in virtual or industry events. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong fit for the product offering. • Guide prospective users through the sign-up and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform. • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, partners, local groups, and influencers to boost visibility and referrals. • Serve as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and industry meetups (virtual or in-person). • Report on outreach activity, leads, and conversion rates, maintaining up-to-date CRM records and preparing regular progress summaries for leadership. • Collect and communicate market and customer feedback to marketing and product teams to improve our value proposition and messaging. Qualifications • Experience in property management, real estate, leasing, or SaaS/B2B customer acquisition (preferred, but not required). • Successful track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, or outreach roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a launch/startup environment. • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics (email, social, content, webinars) and CRM software. • Understanding of property rental industry challenges and technology trends (a plus). Bonus Skills • Established network within the property management or real estate sector. • Previous experience launching a SaaS or online platform. • Ability to write customer-focused outreach content and deliver live demos.
