Learn more at flexera.com We are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts, ensuring the highest levels of account management to protect our revenue streams. You will join a team of global renewal reps who are responsible for a high percentage of the company’s overall revenues. Each individual is viewed as a key member with the ability to contribute to Flexera in ways that extend beyond their daily role of renewals. If this is you, we’d like to talk to you Responsibilities: Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer and Flexera goals Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth Strategize on renewal engagement, maximizing revenue retention Experience & Skills: 5+ years of Sales / Customer Success/ Renewals / Account Management experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment Ability to grow business strategically, i.e., creating new processes and initiatives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Compensation for This Role: The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 USD plus commission. Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
