If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleEliseAI is looking for its first dedicated Renewals Manager who will own the customer renewal motion end-to-end: forecasting, negotiation, process design, and expansion discovery. Your work will directly lock in multi-year revenue and surface new ARR that would otherwise be left on the table.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from initial outreach through negotiation to closeManage a high-volume book of business, consistently exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals, preserve contract value, and unlock growthMaintain a forward-looking 90-day forecast of gross renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk exposure to provide leadership with real-time pipeline visibilityServe as the voice of the customer to product teams, influencing roadmap decisions with feedback on new features and unmet needsWork with GTM Strategy to refine and scale the renewal motion—developing repeatable email cadences, talk tracks, and reporting dashboards tailored to varying deal complexitiesRequirements2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing, quota carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, customer success) ideally in a SaaS companyDemonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding quotasExperience in managing complex renewal processes (multi-threading, ROI analysis, etc.) is a plusEffective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsBonus: Experience working in real estate or prop techWillingness to work in person at our office at least 4 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and bonus depending on the role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
