 Provide feedback on content trends and help improve the moderation process.
 Maintain high attention to detail while working with large volumes of content.
 Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
 Work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily, weekly, and monthly moderation goals.
What WeÂre Looking For:
 Strong understanding of YouTube and its community guidelines.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
