 * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Experience
 * No prior experience is required, but any experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
 * Familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) is advantageous.
 Working Hours
 * Flexible part-time hours ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
 * Evening and weekend shifts are available to accommodate school schedules.
