Key Responsibilities
ΓΒ Engage with potential clients to collect pertinent health information and evaluate their individual health risks.
ΓΒ Inform callers about the advantages of early health screenings, emphasizing prevention and early identification of chronic and severe health conditions that can enhance both longevity and quality of life.
ΓΒ Employ a consultative sales strategy to recommend appropriate screening services, guiding callers toward suitable options.
ΓΒ Achieve and surpass sales objectives by converting leads and coordinating appointments.
ΓΒ Upsell screening packages tailored to individual health requirements.
ΓΒ Secure payment plans and prioritize the scheduling of pre-paid screenings.
Required Skills
ΓΒ Exceptional phone etiquette and proficient consultative sales abilities.
ΓΒ A competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications
ΓΒ A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent required (physical copy). Some college coursework is advantageous.
ΓΒ Reliable internet connection: minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, with the capacity to connect via a wired connection (no satellite or cellular hotspots).
