Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelorÂs degree)
 At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role
 Strong ability to communicate with friendliness and professionalism
 Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
