Job Overview
As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of data entry tasks that are crucial for maintaining the integrity of client profiles. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining three days in the office with two days of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage the creation and updating of client accounts
 Verify and maintain accurate client profile data
 Process approvals for online bidders
 Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives
 Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation
 Confirm sales tax information
 Track, analyze, and respond to client surveys
 Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required
Required Skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Strong multitasking capabilities with a focus on detail
 A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
 Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
