 Stay informed about our services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers.
 Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex customer issues.
 Manage service disconnections and reconnections for customers with overdue payments.
 Handle payment processing and collection for delinquent accounts professionally.
 Exhibit active listening and multitasking skills during customer interactions.
 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
 Anticipate customer needs and present effective resolutions swiftly.
Required Skills
 Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
 Proficient in handling customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
 Familiarity with CRM systems and telecom services is preferred.
 Ability to perform basic calculations such as percentages and discounts.
 Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
 Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous.
 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
