Responsibilities:
 Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
 Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
 Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
 De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT):
Operating System / PC
 Windows 10 or 11 Pro or higher (no Macs or Chromebooks)
 Two (2) available USB 2.0 or ports of greater
USB Headset with Microphone
 JPL TT3 Evo Binaural Headset (Headband + Boom) with Tough Case
 JPL BL-053+P JPL USB 2.0 universal bottom lead with volume and mute function
Camera
 Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher.
Standard Connection / Speed
 Must have Hard-wired connection (no wireless/WiFi)
 Minimum 45 Mpbs download / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload
 Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location

 PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST for 4 weeks
 Shifts available: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 6:00am and 7:00pm. One Weekend day & One weekday OFF (5-Day work week)
 Pay: $15.40/hr plus performance pay
 Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary & Benefits:
The compensation package for this position starts at $15.40/hr plus performance pay if you qualify, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, employee assistance, matching 401K plan, and an unlimited referral bonus program (Make $$$ for referring your friends to join our team!).
