Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:
 Provide advice and support to Residents and their families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
 Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments according to care plans.
 Document Resident care services accurately and thoroughly in Resident and department records.
 Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect Residents and staff.
 Resolve Resident problems and needs by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
 Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care.
 Maintain Resident confidence by handling information with confidentiality.
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
 Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
 Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
 Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with Residents, families, and team members.
 Friendly demeanor and strong team player attitude.
