 Document customer interactions accurately in our database for future reference.
 Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
 Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Skills
 Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
 Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable.
 Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and provide effective solutions.
 Proficient in using computer systems and chat software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity in responses.
 Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
