Key Responsibilities:
 Develop engaging lessons for students with diverse English proficiency levels.
 Incorporate proven methods to teach core language skillslistening, speaking, reading, and writing.
 Collaborate with other educators to align language learning with subject-specific goals.
 Use data to monitor student performance and tailor instruction to meet evolving needs.
 Foster an inclusive environment that values multilingualism and partners with families to support learning outside the classroom.
Qualifications:
 Required:
 Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
 Valid New... Hampshireteaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent)
 Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations
 Preferred:
 Masters degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area
 Proficiency in a second language
 Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments
 Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices
Highlights:
 1099 Position
 Guaranteed Weekly Hours
 Hourly Rate: $30-$40
 Based on experience, education level, and other factors
 School hours
 Clinical/Technical Team on standby
