Position: Maintenance Worker
Location: Dallas, Texas
Qualifications:
 1 to 2 years of experience in property maintenance, handywork, or related fields.
 Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs independently.
 Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus.
 Willingness to be on call for urgent repairs.
Responsibilities:
 Perform routine maintenance and repairs at our short-term rental properties, ensuring everything is in top condition for guests.
 Troubleshoot and fix minor issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and HVAC system maintenance.
 Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays, ensuring all units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next guest.
 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for more extensive repairs and improvements, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly.
 Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve them to maintain guest satisfaction.
 Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure they are stocked for efficient operations.
 Collaborate with property management to ensure all properties meet safety and compliance standards.
 Perform general handywork tasks, including painting, fixing appliances, furniture assembly, and landscaping as needed.
Benefits:

 $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
