Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Review and analyze website specifications
ΓΒ Technical requirements
ΓΒ Content needs
ΓΒ Visual design briefs
ΓΒ Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
ΓΒ Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
ΓΒ Report bugs and errors to development teams
ΓΒ Help troubleshoot issues
ΓΒ Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
ΓΒ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
ΓΒ Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
ΓΒ Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.
ΓΒ Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
ΓΒ Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
ΓΒ Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
Requirements and skills
ΓΒ Experience with agile projects and QA methodology
ΓΒ Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
ΓΒ Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
ΓΒ Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
ΓΒ Excellent communication skills
ΓΒ Attention to detail
ΓΒ Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
ΓΒ Strong organizational skills
