 4-year degree or relevant work experience
 1-2 years of experience with communication at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email, and face-to-face highly recommended (but not required)
 Driven, self-motivated professional who has a passion for helping people
 Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
 A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation, and writing skills
