Legal Counsel

You will be joining a rapidly expanding global brand name organisation.

Role

You will join in a brand newly created position within the international legal team. You will undertake a richly diverse and extremely varied role, working on a wide range of both corporate/M&A and commercial legal matters. You will have fantastic opportunities for further career growth and development.

You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including c.20% bonus and annual equity.

This organisation has its HQ in central London. You will be able to undertake elements of remote/flexible working in this role.

You

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or US Attorney with approximately 0-5PQE who trained and qualified at a leading law firm. You will have prior experience in respect of Corporate/M&A matters. No previous in-house... experience is necessary for this position.
