ΓΒ You will be primarily taking calls for one of our industries, however, you will occasionally still receive calls from other accounts as well to support overflow.

Responsibilities:

ΓΒ Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
ΓΒ Take accurate phone messages during customer interactions, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.

ΓΒ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ΓΒ Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure

Weekly Direct Deposit
ΓΒ 0-4 Months: $1/hr Increase
ΓΒ 4-8 Months: $.50/hr Increase
ΓΒ 8-12 Months: $.50/hr Increase
ΓΒ 1 Year: $.50/hr Increase
