Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

ÂAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
ÂProficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
ÂFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

 * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
 Working Hours:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 * Knowledge of airline operations and procedures is a plus.
