Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
Aetna is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about Aetna products and services.
Assist customers with navigating online platforms and resources.
Address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
