Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
รย Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
รย Perform bank and account reconciliations.
รย Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
รย Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports.
รย Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
รย Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
รย Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed.
รย Assist with audits and other financial projects as required.
Requirements:
รย Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
รย Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
รย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
รย Experience with Business Central is a plus.
รย Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
รย Excellent organizational and time management skills.
รย Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
รย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
รย Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Hours:
รย Flexible schedule, with 12-20 hours per week.
รย Must be available to work during standard business hours.
รย This is a remote position.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Please confirm you have at least 6 months of accounting/finance experience (may include an internship)
