Key Responsibilities: Answer Emergency Calls: Respond to 911 calls with professionalism and urgency. Dispatch Emergency Services: Coordinate and communicate with police, fire, and medical services based on the nature of the call. Provide Guidance: Offer clear and calm instructions to callers in emergency situations. Maintain Accurate Records: Log call details accurately into our system for record-keeping and follow-up. Operate Advanced Technology: Use computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and related software efficiently. Qualifications: US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the US Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Experience: Previous experience in emergency response, call centers, or related fields is a plus but not required. Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening. Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. High level of attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers and modern communication tools.
