The role involves supporting the Zuora Cloud subscription billing platform, focusing on product catalog management, reporting, and collaborating with various teams to implement changes and support audit requests.ResponsibilitiesImplement changes in Sandbox environments and, if applicable, in productionConduct modifications across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenantsSupport the Zuora Admin team and, by extension, the Financial Systems Product/Engineering teamsSupport audit requestsManage and support product catalog, custom fields, events & notifications, security requests related to roles and OneID, reporting, and Revenue (RevPro)Review/develop change control documentsRelease updated invoice/credit memo templates to other environments.
