They are seeking a Deal Operations Specialist to support revenue growth and enhance financial processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing quoting and order management processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport Quoting Operations in Salesforce CPQCreate non-standard and/or complex quotes on behalf of the sales fieldFacilitate quote approval processesAdvise the sales field on quoting best practicesBe the subject matter expert for quote operationsConduct test cases related to quoting in SFDC sandbox environmentDocument end to end quoting processesRecommend process and policy enhancementsSupport order management process, reviewing opportunities for closeEnsure orders are correct and bookableDocument end to end order management processEnsure revenue metrics are accurate between the quote and opportunitySkills3+ years of experience in a deal desk or order management roleStrong attention to detailSalesforce CPQ, quoting and opportunity creationWorking knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, TCV, NRR, etc.)Ability to work 1:1 with account executives on deal desk related requestsDemonstrated ability to document complex processes related to quoting, order management, and cloud marketplace deal operationsApproachable and helpful at all times, knowing when and how to push back with the sales fieldExcellent written and verbal communicatorSalesforce reporting and dashboardsCPQ administrative experienceAWS MarketplaceGoogle MarketplaceAzure MarketplaceBenefitsWork from HomeHMO Coverage: You + 2 DependentsOpportunity to leadOpportunity to create and own processesCollaborative work environmentBe apart of a rapidly growing industryCompany OverviewAre you ready to defy your limits?
