[Remote] WTI Analyst – CITT Technical Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CACI International Inc is seeking an All-Source Analyst to perform technical analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces. The role involves conducting all-source analyses, producing finished exploitation reports, and supporting DOD exploitation efforts.ResponsibilitiesConduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling proceduresProduce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DOD exploitation effortsDemonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts to enable threat network targetingConduct technical analysis of and exploitation of Unmanned Systems, IED’s, and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profilesAssist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling proceduresDemonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified informationAbility to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice to support theater level exploitation effortsPerform all functional duties remotely and independentlyAbility to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items in order to provide technology assessmentsExperience with all source intelligence analytical production and reportingExperience with C-UAS and / or C-IED analysis and reportingMust have experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and speak to them with technical proficiencyMust demonstrate ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPsFuse Intelligence using knowledge of current CBT TTPs and availability of commercial technologiesResearch unclassified and classified databases for use in fused productsMonitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence informationProduce reports, products, and briefings to forward deployed analysts as well as provide direct support to current operationsResearch, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Combatant Commander and/or leaders in the Intelligence CommunityPresent, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical communityAssist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and proceduresKnowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processesAbility to generate/provided specialized analytical productsAbility to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impactsProficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support
