Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sky Systems, Inc. is seeking a WRIKE Specialist to manage and enhance the Wrike platform for their Pharmacy Advancement portfolio. The role involves designing scalable Wrike structures, creating advanced views and reports, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure effective portfolio management.ResponsibilitiesOwn and administer the Wrike platform for the Pharmacy Advancement portfolioDesign, maintain, and govern Wrike folder structures, project hierarchies, workflows, and custom fields to support portfolio planning and financial visibilityPartner with Senior Directors to define application structure and identify opportunities to modernize, simplify, and automate portfolio managementCreate and maintain advanced Wrike views, dashboards, and reports supporting multiple roadmap, financial, and prioritization perspectivesEnable automation and data consistency to reduce manual entry and improve reliability of portfolio dataTranslate Wrike data into presentation‐ready charts, roadmaps, and materials for senior leadership forumsCollaborate with Directors on ongoing updates (timelines, scope, financials, and reporting) and ensure accurate representation in WrikePerform ongoing maintenance of fields, folders, and views to ensure the Wrike structure continues to support portfolio planning needsSkillsAdvanced administrative Wrike expertise (custom fields, workflows, folders/projects, views, dashboards, reporting, and automation)Ability to design scalable Wrike structures to support roadmap and financial planning – to support our portfolio planningWill need to partner with Senior Directors and Directors and CBPOs/BPOs to build these wrike structures and at times custom fieldsHas some ability to propose alternatives in wrike system to better present/capture initiatives and statusExperience translating Wrike data into executive‐level insights, charts, and roadmapsCompany OverviewSkySys is a technology, engineering consulting and services company that provides Staffing, Managed, and Professional Services for clients globally ranging from 25 to 250,000+ employees.
