[Remote] Wrap-Up Program Administrator

They are seeking a Wrap-Up Program Administrator responsible for managing OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs, requiring account management and sales support skills, along with client relationship management.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to an assigned group of clients, which includes Wrap-Up accountsSupports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospectsInitiates renewal process for existing clients, and discusses and creates renewal strategy with ProducerAnalyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketingReviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposalsProvides assistance with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiationsResolves customer service inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agentsConducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverage’s for competitiveness and accuracyFinalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with ProducerPrepares renewals and client information presentations and assists in preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) responsesMeets with clients as needed or directed by ProducerComplies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)Other duties as assignedSkillsAssociates degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceFour (4) or more years related work experienceValid Insurance licenseMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced planning, organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkExcellent customer services skills, including telephone and listening skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsWe are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.Company OverviewAlliant Insurance Services is a distributor of diversified insurance products and services.
