NIVA Health is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Operations to lead and scale operational performance across their growing mobile healthcare organization. This fully remote leadership position is responsible for overseeing regional clinical operations through a team of Directors of Nursing who manage mobile wound care providers delivering services in various care settings.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational oversight for multiple markets and clinical service regionsLead a team of Directors of Nursing responsible for supervising mobile wound care provider teamsEnsure consistent execution of operational standards, workflows, and performance expectations across all regionsDevelop scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support organizational growthMonitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectivenessDirectly supervise and mentor Directors of Nursing and other operational leadersBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEstablish performance expectations and leadership development plans for operational management teamsPartner with clinical leadership to recruit, retain, and develop top talentOversee operational support for mobile wound care providers treating patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, homes, and other care settingsEnsure provider scheduling, staffing models, patient access, and geographic coverage align with business objectivesCollaborate with clinical leadership to optimize patient care delivery workflowsIdentify and remove operational barriers affecting provider productivity and patient outcomesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and organizational healthcare regulationsMonitor quality indicators, patient outcomes, and operational performance metricsLead operational readiness efforts for audits, accreditation reviews, and compliance initiativesPartner with clinical leadership to drive continuous quality improvement effortsManage operational budgets and resource allocationMonitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational efficiency metricsIdentify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining exceptional patient careSupport forecasting, strategic planning, and market expansion initiativesLead operational implementation of new markets, service lines, and organizational initiativesPartner with executive leadership on strategic growth planningSupport integration of technology, automation, and workflow optimization initiativesDrive successful organizational change management effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experienceExperience managing leaders who oversee clinical or healthcare service teamsDemonstrated success leading multi-site or geographically dispersed healthcare operationsStrong experience with staffing, workforce management, operational metrics, and performance improvementExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/NHA) experienceRegional Director of Operations experienceHome Health, Post-Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospice, Mobile Healthcare, or Value-Based Care experienceMaster's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, or related field)Experience scaling healthcare operations across multiple states or marketsCompany OverviewNIVA Health offers health and wellness therapies.
