[Remote] Workforce Management Analyst - PS

They are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst responsible for analyzing staffing trends and creating forecasts to optimize staffing resources, as well as making data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutionsMonitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation. Partners with supervisor/manager to develop justification for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demandBuilds strong relationships within patient services leadership team. Collaborate with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources and ensure employee satisfaction.
