[Remote] Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant

They are seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to implement and configure Workday solutions for enterprise customers, working directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery and providing guidance to junior team members.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Workday Time Tracking and Absence in alignment with customer requirements and best practicesParticipate in or lead customer working sessions to gather requirements, clarify business rules, and translate them into configurationAdvise stakeholders on options, impacts, and recommended approachesSupport end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and defect triage related to Time and AbsenceProduce project documentation (configuration workbooks, decision logs, testing evidence)Communicate status, risks, and blockers in a clear, timely wayMentor less experienced team members and share functional knowledgeSkillsHands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and AbsenceStrong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, time entry rules, time calculation rules, and leave/absence plansAbility to interpret complex policy requirements and translate them into scalable configurationExperience supporting Workday deployments or enhancements in a consulting or in-house roleAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment with minimal oversightStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Launch / Launch Express methodologyCompany OverviewConsultNet is a talent solutions company that helps businesses solve complex challenges by integrating talent, technology, and scalable delivery models.
