As a Workday Student Financials Architect/Consultant, you will lead implementations and post-production initiatives, mentor junior talent, and innovate solutions for higher education institutions.ResponsibilitiesArchitect Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy Workday Student in a way that actually solve the unique headaches of higher-ed institutionsBe the Expert in the Room: Lead client sessions to dig into their true needs. You’ll advise on best practices while being flexible enough to pivot when their needs changeLead & Mentor: You’ll manage project scope and quality while coaching less experienced team members. Your success is measured by the growth of the people around youInnovate the Practice: We don’t want 'the way it’s always been done.'
