[Remote] Workday resources with HR

The role involves supporting data exchanges between Workday and external systems, focusing on integration for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Workday integrations related to HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules. • Manage inbound and outbound file transfers between Workday and external vendors using secure transfer protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, AS2). • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio. • Configure and monitor Workday integration system users (ISU), authentication tokens, and security groups. • Perform end-to-end testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy and process reliability. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues. • Document integration designs, data mappings, schedules, and monitoring procedures. • Ensure compliance with organizational data privacy and security standards. Skills • 3 6 years of experience in Workday HCM or Workday Integrations. • Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Report Writer. • Experience in file-based integrations, secure file transfers (SFTP), and encryption/decryption (PGP). • Strong understanding of HR data models Employee, Compensation, Benefits, and Organizational hierarchy. • Familiarity with Workday security configuration and integration system permissions. • Knowledge of integration monitoring, error handling, and Workday Integration System Logs. • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
