[Remote] Workday Quality Assurance Engineer

They are seeking a Workday QA professional to support a multi-wave Workday implementation, ensuring high-quality releases and validating end-to-end business processes and data accuracy.ResponsibilitiesSupport QA efforts across two implementation waves, including LMS, Employee Voice (Peakon), Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, Succession Planning, and Talent ReviewsDesign and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Workday modules and integrationsValidate inbound and outbound integrations, primarily through standard Workday connectors, as well as select integrations leveraging Informatica for Snowflake-based data flowsPerform end-to-end integration testing, including: (1) Data mapping and transformation validation, (2) Error handling and reconciliation, and (3) Payload, report, and downstream data accuracy checksTest integrations built using native Workday tools (Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF, and Core Connectors)Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution in close coordination with functional and technical teamsPartner with implementation teams, data/integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage across all go-live milestonesSupport UAT cycles, including defect triage, retesting, and preparation of sign-off documentation ahead of each wave deploymentSkillsMust be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementations or post-production supportHands-on experience testing Workday integrations, including: Standard / Core Connectors and native tools (Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF)Experience validating data flows involving external platforms (e.g., Snowflake), including file-based or ETL-supported integrationsFamiliarity with or exposure to Informatica for data integration and transformation testing (QA focus; development experience not required)Experience testing Workday HCM modules such as LMS, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, or People Analytics (strong plus)Experience working in Agile, phased, or wave-based implementation environmentsStrong documentation skills with excellent attention to detailTechnically fluent but able to communicate clearly in business termsCollaborative team player who builds alignment across cross-functional teamsSelf-directed with strong ownership mentality — able to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environmentBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to support your overall well-being.Employer Contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA): For employees enrolled in High Deductible Health Plans, Concord contributes toward your HSA.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Options for healthcare and dependent care expenses, plus a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) for wellness and personal development.Disability Insurance: Short-term (up to 12 weeks) and long-term coverage, fully paid by the employer.Life and AD&D Insurance: Employer-provided coverage with options for additional voluntary coverage.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for legal, financial, and personal challenges.401(k) Retirement Savings: 1% employer match.Career Growth Opportunities: Pathways for advancement and skill development.Team Engagement Activities: Regular team-building events and company-sponsored activities to foster collaboration and connection.PTO & Holidays (only W-2 Salary): Paid time off for vacation, sick days, and personal time.
