[Remote] Workday Project Manager (Workday Certified)

They are seeking a Workday Project Manager to manage multiple Workday projects, ensuring proper staffing and delivery while collaborating with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM and Payroll product suite Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Work with clients on Workday best practices Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows Travel 25%-45% at client request Skills Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Required) 1-3 years' experience project managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required) 2+ years' Saas project management or software implementation experience (Required) Experience with at least two HCM functional areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, or Absence Management (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Basic Life Insurance coverage Additional voluntary life insurance available Paid Parental Leave & Pregnancy Related Medical Leave Generous paid sick leave Unlimited PTO Monthly wellness/gym subsidy Monthly phone subsidy 401 (k) and ROTH retirement savings plan with matching Employee Assistance Program Company sponsored volunteer opportunities LinkedIn Learning access Company and team outings Company Overview TopBloc is a workday consultancy that provides workday deployment services and on-demand support.
