They are seeking a seasoned Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Lead to support their Application Management Services clients, focusing on system optimization and ongoing support. The role involves leading client interactions, managing support activities, and mentoring junior consultants.ResponsibilitiesLead Workday post-production support services for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules across a portfolio of clientsServe as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for client stakeholders, addressing escalations, resolving complex issues, and guiding clients through system updates and enhancementsDevelop strong client relationships, understanding each organization’s policies, business cycles, and compliance requirements to provide tailored recommendations and supportManage day-to-day support activities: triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and oversee timely resolution in alignment with SLAsOwn Workday release management: analyze feature updates, assess client impact, and coordinate testing and deployment with client teamsIdentify opportunities to improve client processes and system configuration for efficiency, accuracy, and complianceMentor and lead junior consultants and support analysts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality client service and knowledge transferCoordinate with Workday and third-party vendors on behalf of clients for issue resolution and system enhancementsSkills2+ years of Workday experience, with deep functional expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and AbsenceExperience in a managed services modelDemonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, providing ongoing Workday support and advisory servicesStrong understanding of payroll operations, U.S. tax compliance, time calculation rules, and absence/accrual policiesExperience leading Workday release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environmentAbility to manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing support demands and strategic initiativesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsWorkday certification preferredBenefitsFor salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.Company OverviewImpact Advisors is a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm.
