[Remote] Workday HRIS Configuration Lead (Recruiting, Talent & HCM)

Driven Brands is North America's largest automotive services company, and they are seeking a Workday HRIS Configuration Lead to lead the design and optimization of Workday across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules. This role will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and streamline HR operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as SME for Workday business process (BP) design and configuration, with deep expertise across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modulesOwn end-to-end configuration including: Business Process Framework (BPF) design, Condition rules, approvals, notifications, Calculated fields and validationsLead design and continuous improvement of core processes such as: Hire, job change, termination, Requisition, candidate lifecycle, offer, Performance management, talent reviews, succession planningEnsure alignment of BPs to business requirements while optimizing for scalability and complianceTranslate business requirements into scalable Workday configuration solutionsEvaluate new Workday features (bi-annual releases) and drive adoption opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to enhance employee and manager self-service experiencesIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through Workday configurationDrive adoption of new functionality to enhance employee lifecycle processesContribute to long-term HR technology strategy and roadmapSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of Workday configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, and/or TalentDeep expertise in Workday Business Process FrameworkProven experience designing and configuring end-to-end HR processesStrong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processesWorkday Pro Certification(s) (HCM, Recruiting, Talent)Experience with large, multi-entity or high-volume environmentsFamiliarity with integrations, reporting (Prism/Composite), and security frameworksBenefitsSupplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.Driven Brands offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.Get early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program.Company OverviewAuto Glass Now offers auto glass repair and replacement with same-day service and a nationwide warranty.
