The role involves supporting HR audit processes, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance across benefit programs and HRIS platforms.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key resource for HR audit support, including identifying, reviewing, and resolving discrepancies across benefit programs and HRIS platformsInterface with HR partners and vendors to resolve escalations, particularly those identified through audit findings, following a consistent methodologySupport a positive employee experience within benefit programs while ensuring processes, data, and documentation meet audit and compliance standardsTrack and index all work in the case management tool in real time, ensuring data integrity and audit-ready reportingRecommend updates to case management tools and templates to improve audit tracking, reporting, and compliance requirementsSupport ad hoc data requests and documentation, with a focus on audit inquiriesIdentify recurring themes or issues raised by HR partners for audit review and root cause analysisPerform intake tasks as needed to support audit workflows and overall operational coverageMake recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings and escalation trendsContribute to audit-focused reporting and continuous improvement presentations for vendors and HR partnersMaintain benefit records and prepare documentation required for audit validation and benefit coverage implementationEnsure benefit processing and payroll-related items are completed accurately and on time to meet compliance and audit requirementsProvide support during annual Open Enrollment, ensuring audit readiness and data accuracyExercise independent judgment and discretion in managing audit-related matters and escalationsMaintain regular, consistent attendance and flexibility to support audit cycles and deadlinesSkillsMinimum 5+ years of experience working with Workday and large data setsStrong background in HR Benefits data and auditsWillingness to work EST hoursCompany OverviewAs part of KELLY’s SETT (Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom) Business Unit, we are committed to providing state-of-the-art digital infrastructure and telecom engineering solutions for legacy, 5G, and private networks.
