The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and HR teams to optimize Workday processes, manage enhancements, and lead release activities.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical support teamsGather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsOwn and manage the product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and drive delivery of business valueLead Workday bi-annual release management activities, including impact assessments, testing coordination, and deployment readinessDevelop release communications and training materials for stakeholders and end usersIdentify opportunities to streamline HR and recruiting processes through system enhancementsEnsure Workday configurations align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system improvements and project initiativesSkills3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCMExperience working as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar functional roleStrong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR business processesExperience managing Workday releases, testing cycles, and change management activitiesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skillsExperience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Microsoft Office SuiteActive Workday Certifications in HCM and Recruiting preferredExperience supporting enterprise-scale Workday implementations and enhancementsExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong background in release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process optimizationCompany OverviewEmpowering businesses of all sizes with access to bright talent for project solutions, staffing, and freelance expertise.
