[Remote] Workday Grants Management Consultant

As a Workday Grants Management Consultant, you will lead and support Workday implementations and optimizations, partnering with finance leaders to design and deploy solutions that align with their business strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions to understand client processes, reporting requirements, and system landscapeDesign and configure Workday solutionsFacilitate design meetings and workshops, driving alignment and collaborative decision-makingTranslate business requirements into scalable system configurationsSupport data conversion, integrations, testing strategy, and deployment activitiesManage deliverables in alignment with project timelines and milestonesPartner with senior leaders to recommend best practices and process improvementsStay current on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on optimization opportunitiesContribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience, with at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations specifically leading Grants Management for Non-Profit organizations or NGOsActive or recent Workday Certification in Grants ManagementDeep understanding of non-profit accounting principles, federal grant regulations, and donor reportingUnderstanding of the Workday Customer Contracts and Billing frameworks, as they are the foundational architecture for Workday GrantsExperience guiding non-profit organizations transitioning from legacy fund-accounting systems into WorkdayDemonstrates a strong grasp of financial systems, accounting principles, and finance operational processesAbility to gain and maintain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts, Core FINS enhancements, and cross-application featuresExperience influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders (internally and externally)Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward effective, scalable outcomesAbility to deliver results while managing to a defined project plan and timelineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work across multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environmentCompany OverviewThree Link Solutions provides staff augmentation, project management, robotic process automation and payroll advisory services.
