The role involves guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation while leading and mentoring other consultants.ResponsibilitiesBe a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementationReinforces company policies and procedures to othersDrives and makes decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreamsIdentifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a projectLeads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within their projectsExpected to be Subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects and Expenses areaSkillsBachelor's degree required or equivalent4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area.
