[Remote] Workday Finance Report Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a remote finance report manager to work within their financial department. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to the Reporting and Analytics team, overseeing the design and implementation of reports, and ensuring the effective use of Workday solutions. Responsibilities • Provide expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Reporting and Analytics team • Direct all work activities associated with the design, build, test, implementation, and migration of reports • Manage the review and sign off process with Functional Leads • Understand the design and security of the Workday solution and the impact of providing reports to users • Oversee development of simple to complex reports, including matrix, advanced and composite reports • Utilize Workday Report Writer, Prism, Discovery Boards, Office Connect, Worksheets, Dashboards and Analytics, and other organizational tools and available technologies with a focus on design and performance • Identify trends, opportunities, and reusable reports Skills • Expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Reporting and Analytics team • Directing all work activities associated with the design, build, test, implementation, and migration of reports • Management of the review and sign off process with Functional Leads • Understanding of the design and security of the Workday solution • Oversight of development of simple to complex reports, including matrix, advanced and composite reports • Utilization of Workday Report Writer, Prism, Discovery Boards, Office Connect, Worksheets, Dashboards and Analytics • Focus on design and performance of reports • Strong background in writing reports for all finance modules, such as grants, GL, payroll, cash management, projects, assets, customer accounts, and endowments • Analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and reusable reports • Must sit in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, or WY Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
